You are being asked to write down things you may not have said out loud. Here is exactly what happens to them.
What we store
Your email address, your assessment answers and scores, your weekly ratings, the reflections you write, and the reports generated from them. That's the whole list.
Who can see it
Only you. Every record is locked to your account at the database level, so it cannot be read by another signed-in user. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your reflections to train models.
The clarity report
To write your end-of-program report, your scores and reflections are sent to an AI model under a commercial agreement that forbids training on the content. The report is stored on your account and deleted with it.
If you turn on reminders, you get one email a week on the day you choose, with a plain subject line that does not name this site's purpose. You can turn it off in Settings.
Taking it with you, or destroying it
Settings has a one-click export of everything you've written and a permanent delete. The delete is immediate and total — assessment, check-ins, reflections, reports, and your login. We keep no shadow copy, which also means we cannot restore it for you afterwards.
If you may be monitored
Every page has a Quick exit button that replaces this site in your history — Shift + Esc does the same. It does not clear your browser history on its own, so consider using a private window or a device your partner cannot access. More on staying safe.
